Entreees:

Scallops with  Charred Tomatoes…..Jumbo seared scallops on charred tomato compote with mango-mint quinoa

Petite Twin Filets…..Two 3oz filets served with cilantro smashed red potatoes, fresh vegetable topped with Spanish blue cheese-mango butter

Rock Fish Escabeche…..Local rockfish seared and cooked in escabeche vegetable mix, served on sauteed greens and tostones

Desserts:

Chocolate Rum Cake with berry compote

Red Velvet Bread Pudding with vanilla brandy sauce

Caramelized mango Creme Brulee
